Shipping policy
Richway strives to ship BioMat and Alkal-Life products as swiftly as possible, so that they reach your door within 7 – 10 business days for North American Orders. If you want guaranteed delivery right away, you may expedite shipping for an additional $25 per item and you will receive your delivery within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping rate of $25 is only available in US & Canada.
International Orders take longer than the standard delivery time and vary based on country shipped to and voltage required. International expedited service is available for an additional cost, please inquire for rates.

Refund policy
We are proud of the BioMat and Alkal-Life certified, high-quality products and we are certain that they will meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to accept the return under the following conditions:
100% refund for returns initiated within seven days of receipt of the product minus shipping costs
70% refund for returns initiated between eight and 14 after receipt of the product minus shipping costs
50% refund for returns initiated between 15 and 30 days after receipt of the product minus shipping costs
The opportunity for a refund or exchange on your purchase expires after 31 days.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any returns will be accepted. To request and RMA use one of the following options:

Lifetime Warranty
RichWay International, Inc. offers a wonderful lifetime warranty exchange policy. You can return your old product and receive 50% discount towards new product purchase, even towards a different product. The lifetime warranty applies only to the person originally registered as purchaser of the product.

Richway International provides repair and warranty service for our products. In order to better serve you, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for warranty and repairs. You may obtain this number by calling our customer service center at: (808) 589-2800 or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@richwayusa.com detailing the problem you are experiencing.
